Refund and Return Policy

At Stylish Beauty Palace, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Returns

• Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@stylishbeautypalace.pk with your order number and reason for the return.

2. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Sale items, gift cards, and customized orders are non-returnable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at sales@stylishbeautypalace.pk within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
